  Keeping this simple:
  
  PROS: room was clean, bed was relatively comfortable, TV, Desk, Microwave, and Mini fridge in room, shower had hot water. Price was cheap. Area was quiet and seemed safe enough. Free WiFi and well-lit parking.
  
  CONS: didn't bother me, but trains do run all day & night across the street, and can hear them idling. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner, soaps are provided. No breakfast, but plenty of places nearby. No "do not disturb" signs in my personal room, might be able to request one from front desk.
  
  TLDR: Simple, good enough place to rest and wash up for a fair price. Don't expect the Ritz at budget prices and it's a good value.
